  1. WICCI POLAND-INDIA PRIVACY POLICY

The following Privacy Policy contains the rules for the collection and processing of your personal data in connection with the use of the WICCI Poland-India website available at and www.wicci.pl (Privacy Policy).

 

  1. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The Administrator of Personal Data (hereinafter: "ADO" or "Administrator") is WICCI Poland-India (hereinafter: "Wicci").   1. BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data referred to in the Privacy Policy is information about an identified or identifiable natural person, the data subject, i.e. one who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of such features as: name and surname, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more characteristics that define the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.

The administrator processes your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Polish law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

The administrator limits the use and collection of information about your personal data to the minimum required to provide services at the highest level. your data  are not made available in any other way than it results from the purpose and scope of the consent and declarations, information and your data to any other third parties without a legal basis requiring such action. Transfer of the above-mentioned information takes place only at the request of authorized state authorities, in particular after the presentation of relevant documents confirming the need for such data for the conducted proceedings.

  1. OBJECTIVES AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator and will be used for the purpose of: 

    1. the organization of an event by Wicci as part of its program activities or in which Wicci is participating  and enabling you to participate in these events (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: name; name; e-mail address; optional - other contact details; details of the company / organization you belong to; answers to the questions contained in the contact / registration form.

    2. make a valuation of the activities organized by Wicci that you want to use (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: name; name; e-mail address; address of residence or registered office, or address for service; if you run a business - company and tax identification number;

    3. sending a message to the Administrator using the contact form and handling the contact form by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

      • Data processing: first name; name; e-mail address; optional  - Phone number.

    4. the use of websites by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: IP address; server date and time; information about the web browser; information about the operating system;

    5. efficient operation and functioning of the website and ensuring the security of its use, including disclosure of abuse and analysis (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: name; name; contact details provided by you (e-mail address; correspondence address; telephone number, nickname); IP address;

    6. fulfilling the Administrator's obligations, in particular complaints regarding the functioning of the website (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: IP address; server date and time; information about the web browser; information about the operating system.

    7. analysis of your activity on websites operated by Wicci (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: date and time of visit; device IP number; device operating system type; approximate location; type of internet browser; time spent on the website; visited subpages and other activities undertaken as part of the website;

    8. possible determination, investigation or defense against claims (from Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: name; name; business; e-mail adress; address of residence / seat; PESEL / KRS number; possibly NIP.

    9. preparing and presenting advertisements tailored to your interests and needs, as well as offers and receiving commercial information, in particular sending the ordered Newsletter by the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: e-mail address

    10. fulfillment of obligations related to the protection of personal data by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);

      • Processed data: name; name; contact details provided  (e-mail address; correspondence address; telephone number).

    11. for archival (evidence) purposes that are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR):

      • Processed data: name; name; contact details provided by you (e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number).

Providing personal data by you is voluntary and is not a statutory requirement. However, in certain cases, providing personal data may be necessary to achieve the goals resulting from the above-mentioned legitimate interests of the Administrator, therefore the basis for the processing of your personal data are: 

  1. Your consent to their processing, for the purpose specified in point 1 c), i). 

  2. Necessity for the Administrator to take action and requested by you, in the case of the purpose specified in point. 1 b).

  3. Necessity to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator in the case of the purpose specified in point 1  e), h) j).

  4. The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator for the purpose specified in point 1 a), d), f), g), k).

In the case of Personal Data, if you are a minor, they are processed only if  you are 16 or over. Marketing materials are sent only on the basis of your voluntary, prior and explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. 

By using the services of Wicci websites, you hereby consent to the processing, collection, recording, storage, processing, sharing and deletion of personal data by the Administrator to the extent necessary for the provision of services on the website.

 

  1. PROFILING

In order to create your profile for marketing purposes, directing direct marketing tailored to your preferences, the Administrator will process personal data in an automated manner, including profiling them - but this will not cause any legal effects on you, or significantly affect you on your situation. Your Personal Data in the field of profiling includes: i) IP, ii) cookies, and iii) demographic data (e.g. gender, age, place of residence).

The scope of the profiled personal data corresponds to the scope indicated above in relation to the analysis of your activity on the Website.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above purpose is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, according to which the Administrator may process personal data in order to implement its legitimate interest, in this case, conducting marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients. Providing the above-mentioned personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the above-mentioned purpose (failure to provide them will result in the Administrator's inability to carry out marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients).

The administrator will process personal data for the purpose of profiling them until an objection is effectively raised or the purpose of processing is achieved.

 

  1. SECURING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The process of processing personal data on the website has been secured with a secure SSL protocol.

 

  1. YOUR POWERS:

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: 

  1. the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;

  2. the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data;

  3. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;

  4. the right to request the deletion of personal data;

  5. the right to transfer personal data (provided that the processing takes place on the basis of a contract concluded with you or on the basis of your consent);

  6. the right to object to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to information which personal data concerning you are processed by the Administrator and to receive a copy of this data (the so-called right of access). The first copy of the data is free of charge, and the Administrator may charge a fee for the next one.

If personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of your consent to processing, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

 

  1. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

Your personal data may be disclosed to our external partners with whom we cooperate by combining products, services or projects. For example, they may be co-organizers of events; partners with whom Wicci implements joint projects; hosting company; newsletter service provider; companies providing tools for analyzing the activity on the Website and directing direct marketing to people using it (including Google Analytics).

Your data may also be accessed by Wicci's subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal, IT companies, service providers, marketing agencies.

 

  1. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected by the Administrator will be stored as long as there is a legal basis for their processing, unless the applicable law would require a longer period of their storage. At the end of the storage period, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

 

  1. COOKIES

Cookies are small data files, in particular text files, saved by the server on your computer. These files allow to recognize the device and properly display the website, adjusting it to the User's preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device and a unique number.

You can consent to the Administrator storing cookies on your computer that are necessary for the proper provision of services by the Administrator. These files do not collect your personal data, do not change the configuration of your computer, are not used to install or uninstall any computer programs, viruses or Trojans, do not interfere with the integrity of the system or your data.

The following types of cookies are used on the Wicci websites (the "Website"):

  2. "permanent" cookies - files remain on the User's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually deleted.

  3. cookies of external entities with their own privacy policy, i.e. Google Inc (Google Analytics), Facebook Inc (facebook.com).

Cookies are used for statistical and marketing purposes, as well as to adapt the content of the Website to your preferences. Cookies are stored and used on the Website for up to 30 days.

You can change your web browser settings at any time so that it does not accept cookies or informs you about their transmission. Failure to make changes means that the above-mentioned information may be posted and stored on your end device.In your web browser, you can independently manage cookies by:

  1. accepting cookies, which gives you full access to the options offered on the Website,

  2. individual cookie management on websites,

  3. determining individual settings for various types of cookies,

  4. blocking or deleting cookies.

We do not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries, unless it results from obligations under generally applicable EU or national law or if it is related to the proper functioning of the Website (Google). You can obtain a copy of the data transferred to a third country from the Administrator at any time.
