The following Privacy Policy contains the rules for the collection and processing of your personal data in connection with the use of the WICCI Poland-India website available at and www.wicci.pl (Privacy Policy).

BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data referred to in the Privacy Policy is information about an identified or identifiable natural person, the data subject, i.e. one who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of such features as: name and surname, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more characteristics that define the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.
The administrator processes your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Polish law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
The administrator limits the use and collection of information about your personal data to the minimum required to provide services at the highest level. your data are not made available in any other way than it results from the purpose and scope of the consent and declarations, information and your data to any other third parties without a legal basis requiring such action. Transfer of the above-mentioned information takes place only at the request of authorized state authorities, in particular after the presentation of relevant documents confirming the need for such data for the conducted proceedings.
OBJECTIVES AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed by the Administrator and will be used for the purpose of:
the organization of an event by Wicci as part of its program activities or in which Wicci is participating and enabling you to participate in these events (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
Processed data: name; name; e-mail address; optional - other contact details; details of the company / organization you belong to; answers to the questions contained in the contact / registration form.
make a valuation of the activities organized by Wicci that you want to use (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
Processed data: name; name; e-mail address; address of residence or registered office, or address for service; if you run a business - company and tax identification number;
sending a message to the Administrator using the contact form and handling the contact form by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

Processed data: IP address; server date and time; information about the web browser; information about the operating system;
efficient operation and functioning of the website and ensuring the security of its use, including disclosure of abuse and analysis (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

fulfilling the Administrator's obligations, in particular complaints regarding the functioning of the website (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

possible determination, investigation or defense against claims (from Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

preparing and presenting advertisements tailored to your interests and needs, as well as offers and receiving commercial information, in particular sending the ordered Newsletter by the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

for archival (evidence) purposes that are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR):

Providing personal data by you is voluntary and is not a statutory requirement. However, in certain cases, providing personal data may be necessary to achieve the goals resulting from the above-mentioned legitimate interests of the Administrator, therefore the basis for the processing of your personal data are:

In the case of Personal Data, if you are a minor, they are processed only if you are 16 or over. Marketing materials are sent only on the basis of your voluntary, prior and explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
By using the services of Wicci websites, you hereby consent to the processing, collection, recording, storage, processing, sharing and deletion of personal data by the Administrator to the extent necessary for the provision of services on the website.
PROFILING
In order to create your profile for marketing purposes, directing direct marketing tailored to your preferences, the Administrator will process personal data in an automated manner, including profiling them - but this will not cause any legal effects on you, or significantly affect you on your situation. Your Personal Data in the field of profiling includes: i) IP, ii) cookies, and iii) demographic data (e.g. gender, age, place of residence).
The scope of the profiled personal data corresponds to the scope indicated above in relation to the analysis of your activity on the Website.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above purpose is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, according to which the Administrator may process personal data in order to implement its legitimate interest, in this case, conducting marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients. Providing the above-mentioned personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the above-mentioned purpose (failure to provide them will result in the Administrator's inability to carry out marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients).
The administrator will process personal data for the purpose of profiling them until an objection is effectively raised or the purpose of processing is achieved.
SECURING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of your consent to processing, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data may be disclosed to our external partners with whom we cooperate by combining products, services or projects. For example, they may be co-organizers of events; partners with whom Wicci implements joint projects; hosting company; newsletter service provider; companies providing tools for analyzing the activity on the Website and directing direct marketing to people using it (including Google Analytics).
Your data may also be accessed by Wicci's subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal, IT companies, service providers, marketing agencies.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected by the Administrator will be stored as long as there is a legal basis for their processing, unless the applicable law would require a longer period of their storage. At the end of the storage period, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

These files allow to recognize the device and properly display the website, adjusting it to the User's preferences.
