Objectives of the Foundation

The main objectives of the WICCI Poland-India Foundation are: 

​

1. to carry out public benefit activities by promoting the idea of entrepreneurship among women and the development of companies run by women. 

​

2. conducting educational activities to promote activities that make it possible to support women's entrepreneurship and facilitate their holistic approach to work and internal balance. 

​

3. creation of a professional network of women to support cooperation between women entrepreneurs and professional organizations (research and development, innovation, and technology centers).

​

4. promotion and facilitation of international cooperation of female entrepreneurs and experts (of Polish origin and/or origin) with female entrepreneurs from all over the world within the global WICCI network. 

​

5. Support and promote comprehensive intellectual and cultural development society, considering people with disabilities and socially vulnerable groups, as well as building a civil society and high ethical standards. 

​

6. to promote and support women's innovative ventures in the financial and capital markets, with particular emphasis on financial security in home and business. 

​

7. implementation of programs aimed at the economic development of female enterprises and start-ups. 

​

8. to disseminate good practices and promote the success of women entrepreneurs to create role models to contribute to the development of a community of equal opportunities and possibilities in all aspects of economic life. 

​

9. raising awareness of the impact of physical and mental health on business success, disseminating techniques to reduce business stress levels business-related stress reduction techniques using yoga and relaxation techniques, promoting a holistic and ayurvedic approach to life, health and business, educating and raising awareness in the community, protecting, maintaining and promoting health, counteracting social pathologies and social exclusion, supporting local social initiatives.

 

10. protection of entrepreneurs' rights.

The main objectives are realized by means of specific objectives concerning:

​

  • conducting activities for the benefit of the disabled; - promotion of employment and professional activation of people without work and at risk of dismissal 

  • promotion of employment and professional activation of the unemployed and persons threatened by redundancy 

  • conducting activities for the benefit of equal rights of women and men 

  • conducting activities for the benefit of people at retirement age 

  • conduct activity supporting economic development, including development of entrepreneurship 

  • conduct activity supporting the development of technology, invention, and innovativeness, as well as dissemination and implementation of new technical solutions in business practice 

  • conduct activity supporting the development of local communities and communities

  • conduct activity supporting science, higher education, education, education and upbringing education and upbringing

  • conduct activity supporting the development of culture, art, protection of cultural heritage and national heritage

  • carrying out charitable activities; promotion and organization of voluntary work

  • carrying out activity for the benefit of European integration and development of contacts and cooperation between societies; i. promoting the Republic of Poland abroad; 

  • carrying out activities for the benefit of family, maternity, parenthood, dissemination and protection of children's rights.
