Assertiveness is a skill that can be learned! It helps in both private and professional life. The workshop is aimed at all people who want to live in accordance with their own convictions, but are unable to say "no" for fear of hurting the feelings of others.

During the 2-hour webinar you will learn how to:

- build self-confidence through assertive refusal and expressing your own opinion,

- Communicate your needs clearly,

- work on limiting beliefs,

- consciously accept yourself and others.

The training will be conducted by Dagmara Dmitrzak, who is a certified labour psychologist, coach and trainer. For nearly 15 years she has been supporting her clients in achieving their goals and developing their inner resources. She helps others in being or becoming themselves. She shows how to respect one's own needs and those of others.

Specialises in assertive communication, stress and emotion management. She shares her knowledge with individual clients and groups. She also works with public institutions and has been a partner of a centre specialised in the fight against obesity Languedoc-Roussillon for five years. She lives and works in France.
